Shipping

How do you ship your backdrops?
We offer two services - Royal Mail / Evri or Express Courier (UPS Express / DPD).

What is your processing time? We aim to process all orders between 1-3 working days. Saying that, the majority of orders are processed between 1-2 business days.

Can you send my order Express?
If you need an order urgently, please do get in touch and will get back to you ASAP with a bespoke courier quote, and we will do our best to turn around your order ASAP.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! For the below:

USA: Orders of $125 or more
UK: Orders of £75 or more
Canada: Orders of $150 or more
EU*: Orders of €150 or more

*Which particular EU countries qualify for the Free Shipping offer?
Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Poland

Payment

What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank/debit cards and PayPal.

What is your Return Policy?
We're sorry if you are not happy with your product. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note the buyer is responsible for posting the item. If the item arrives in its original condition, a refund will be issued.

If the item arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and we will issue a refund.

Custom Artwork orders are unfortunately non-refundable.

What about Customs Duties & VAT?
The Buyer is responsible for paying any potential Customs Duties or VAT fees.

Please note, only UK prices include tax.

US Customers: New U.S. Tariffs We handle all custom fees & tariffs upfront. All ensuring seamless delivery - no surprise bills, no delays.

Backdrop Information

What sizes are available?
Our backdrops are available in standard (2ft x 3ft), large (3ft x 4.4ft) and mini (1 x 1.5ft) sizes.

Please note: The standard size backdrop is a 1:1 replica of the original surface. Unless stated otherwise, our large backdrops are an enlargement of the standard size. We enlarge our photos in way that ensures image quality, colour accuracy and detail remain in tact.

Can I order a Custom Size backdrop?
Absolutely! Just drop us a message and we will get back to you with a bespoke quote asap.

How do I look after our backdrop?
With a bit of care, our photography backdrops last a long time. With every order you'll receive a handy leaflet which details how to best use & look after your backdrop.

In a nutshell:

~ If hanging up your backdrop please use low tak tape/pegs with soft padding.
~ Please avoid cutting objects directly on the surface, and avoid spices that stain (i.e. turmeric).
~ Avoid placing the backdrop in direct sunlight for an extended period of time, as this can cause the print to fade.
~ Hot objects will cause the material to warp. Please use a coaster.
